What we do
Organisations spend years and fortunes gathering data. Keeping it usable is a different discipline, and it rarely gets the same attention. So when someone asks a straightforward question, answering it takes three weeks and four spreadsheets — most of that spent on the field that means something different in each system, the duplicate nobody reconciled, the feed that quietly stopped.
We are data engineers. We know how to deliver the project, run the platform, and we have built that experience into a product.
We build it. Data platforms and the applications on them — ingestion, storage, modelling, and the pipelines between. Built around your data, not a tenancy in someone else’s product.
We deliver it. Product, project, programme and portfolio delivery. For work that is in trouble, or work that is going fine but cannot be evidenced to a board.
We run it. Monitoring, maintenance, and the changes that come from your business changing rather than ours. With an agreed exit from the start: the platform is yours and your team can take it in-house.
The two halves are not separate businesses pretending to be one. The delivery experience is why our platforms answer the questions people actually ask. The platform experience is why the delivery advice is buildable.
We have built and run these through several generations of the stack.
Where to start. A 30-minute call to look at where you are. If it is worth going further, a half-day session, remote or on site, that ends with something you can act on.
